1 Introduction and Scope
These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between Scrplay1 and each person who accesses or uses the Scrplay1 platform. They apply to website access, account management, sports markets, live football, live casino tables, slots, arcade products, promotions, loyalty rewards, payment processing, and customer support.
References to Malaysian services, MYR, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong Bank describe locally relevant options that may be available. Availability can differ by account, maintenance status, transaction amount, and payment-provider rules. Scrplay1 does not guarantee that every method or product will remain continuously available.
Users are responsible for determining whether accessing online gambling services is lawful in their location. Scrplay1 does not represent that access is permitted in every Malaysian state, territory, or personal circumstance. Local law and any restrictions imposed by a user's bank or payment provider remain the user's responsibility.
2 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:
- Account means the personal Scrplay1 profile registered to an eligible user.
- Bonus means promotional credit, free spins, cashback, loyalty points, or another incentive subject to specific rules.
- Deposit means funds successfully credited to a Scrplay1 account through an accepted payment method.
- Game means any sportsbook market, slot, live dealer product, lottery-style product, arcade title, or other betting product offered on Scrplay1.
- Wager means a bet placed with cash balance, eligible bonus balance, or a permitted combination of both.
- Withdrawal means an approved transfer from an account balance to a verified payment destination.
Words in the singular include the plural where appropriate. Headings are provided for readability and do not limit the legal meaning of any clause.
3 Account Eligibility and Verification
Scrplay1 is available only to persons aged 21 and above. By registering, a user confirms that they meet the minimum age requirement, have legal capacity to enter an agreement, are acting for themselves, and are not subject to self-exclusion or another restriction that prohibits gambling.
Each user may maintain only one Scrplay1 account unless written approval is provided. Account details must be accurate, current, and complete. A user may be asked to provide identity, age, address, source-of-funds, payment ownership, or other verification information. Scrplay1 may restrict deposits, wagering, bonuses, or withdrawals until reasonable verification checks are completed.
A user must not register on behalf of another person, use false information, conceal their location, or permit a minor to access the platform. Residents of Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other locations receive the same obligation to comply with age, identity, and local-law requirements.
4 Account Security and Use
Users must keep usernames, passwords, authentication codes, and device access secure. Activity completed through an account may be treated as authorised unless Scrplay1 receives prompt notice of suspected compromise. Shared accounts, transferred accounts, and the sale or purchase of account access are prohibited.
Users should immediately notify Scrplay1 support if they detect unfamiliar activity, an incorrect balance, or possible unauthorised access. Scrplay1 may temporarily lock an account while reviewing security concerns. Such a lock is a protective measure and does not itself establish wrongdoing.
Scrplay1 may require password updates, additional authentication, or renewed KYC checks where risk indicators arise. Users must not attempt to bypass those controls. Public or shared Wi-Fi, especially in busy locations, should be used cautiously when accessing payment or account information.
5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Rules
5.1 Deposits
Deposits must come from a payment source owned or lawfully controlled by the registered account holder. Scrplay1 may support MYR deposits through selected e-wallets, DuitNow, FPX, bank transfers, or other displayed methods. Minimum and maximum limits shown in the cashier at the time of a transaction apply.
Payment processing times are estimates rather than guarantees. E-wallet deposits may usually appear quickly, while bank or cryptocurrency transactions can require additional processing or network confirmation. Scrplay1 is not responsible for delays caused solely by a bank, blockchain network, e-wallet provider, maintenance event, or incorrect information entered by the user.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to available cleared funds, identity verification, payment ownership checks, wagering rules, fraud screening, and any applicable transaction limits. Scrplay1 may request supporting documents before releasing funds. Where practical, a withdrawal may be returned to the same verified method used for deposit.
Displayed withdrawal ranges are indicative. Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay requests may be processed faster than manual bank transfers, but no completion time is guaranteed. Users must ensure account and banking details are correct. Charges imposed independently by a bank, e-wallet, currency network, or blockchain are the user's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
6 Sports Betting, Casino Games, and Settlement
A wager is accepted only when it is recorded as confirmed in the user's Scrplay1 account. A submission displayed as pending, rejected, cancelled, or incomplete is not an accepted wager. Users must review selections, odds, stake, market, and potential return before confirmation.
Sports wagers on the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football, or other events are settled using the official result and the applicable market rules. Scrplay1 may correct an obvious pricing, display, data-feed, or settlement error. Affected wagers may be recalculated at the correct price or voided where a fair settlement cannot reasonably be determined.
Casino and slot outcomes are governed by the relevant game rules. RTP is a theoretical long-term return and does not promise a result for any session. Interruptions caused by device failure, loss of connection, or maintenance will be reviewed using the outcome recorded by the game system. Where no valid outcome exists, the affected stake may be restored.
Scrplay1 may impose market limits, maximum returns, or product restrictions. A user has no entitlement to a particular stake limit, set of odds, game title, or live market remaining available.
7 Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Rewards
Every Scrplay1 promotion is subject to its published eligibility period, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, game contribution, maximum stake, expiry, withdrawal cap, and excluded payment methods. Promotion-specific rules form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Bonuses are generally limited to one person, household, device, payment source, or shared network unless stated otherwise. Scrplay1 may withhold a bonus or related winnings where there is reasonable evidence of duplicate accounts, coordinated play, hedging, low-risk bonus exploitation, identity manipulation, or another attempt to obtain an unintended advantage.
Loyalty points, cashback, free spins, and VIP benefits have no cash value until converted according to the relevant rules. Scrplay1 may amend or discontinue a promotion prospectively. Funds deposited by the user remain subject to ordinary account and verification requirements.
8 Responsible Gambling
Gambling must be treated as entertainment, not income. Scrplay1 provides tools that may include deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Users are encouraged to set a budget in MYR before playing and never wager money required for rent, food, transport, education, debt repayment, or family expenses.
A self-exclusion request takes effect according to the confirmation provided by Scrplay1. Users must not attempt to reopen an account, create another account, or use another person's details during an exclusion period. Scrplay1 will take reasonable steps to identify and restrict attempts to bypass active controls.

9 Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use Scrplay1 to engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or technically harmful activity. Prohibited conduct includes:
- money laundering, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or use of stolen financial details;
- collusion, match manipulation, automated betting without permission, or exploitation of software defects;
- opening duplicate accounts to claim promotions or avoid restrictions;
- using a VPN, proxy, false document, or misleading information to conceal eligibility or location;
- harassing support staff or attempting to obtain confidential platform information;
- interfering with Scrplay1 systems, security controls, game feeds, or other users; and
- using Scrplay1 for commercial resale, unauthorised data extraction, or activity on behalf of a third party.
Scrplay1 may investigate suspected misconduct and preserve relevant records. Funds reasonably linked to unlawful activity may be restricted while checks are conducted or while legally required instructions are followed.
10 Suspension, Closure, and Complaints
Scrplay1 may suspend or close an account where required for security, verification, responsible gambling, legal compliance, suspected prohibited conduct, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, the user will be informed of the reason and any steps required to complete a review.
A user may request account closure at any time. Closure does not cancel valid obligations, pending verification, unsettled wagers, or investigations that began before closure. Any eligible remaining balance will be handled after required checks and deductions are completed.
Questions or complaints should include the account username, relevant transaction or wager reference, date, amount in MYR, and a clear description of the issue. Scrplay1 aims to review complete complaints fairly. The support email appears as plain text in the footer of this page.
11 Availability, Disclaimers, and Liability
Scrplay1 seeks to maintain a stable platform but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, network outages, device incompatibility, third-party service failures, regulatory restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Scrplay1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from interrupted access, user device failure, reliance on statistics, unsuccessful wagers, or third-party payment delays. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Users remain responsible for their betting decisions and account activity. Historical results, advertised jackpots, odds comparisons, and RTP information do not guarantee future performance. Every wager carries a risk of financial loss.
12 Changes, Severability, and Contact
Scrplay1 may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect product changes, payment methods, security practices, operational requirements, or applicable rules. Material revisions will take effect from the stated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If one clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply. A failure by Scrplay1 to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
